So what do you get in your holiday apartment in Alicante province . . . ?
The apartment is on the first floor of the “Mediteraneo” complex in lower Gran Alacant around 20 metres from the pool complex.
Through the small gate (lockable if you have smaller children to keep safe) there is a small downstairs patio leading to the front door.
Inside there is a decent size lounge with seating for four around the smart TV connected to UK freeview satellite and a dining table and chairs.
The two bedrooms are a double and a “bunk/futon” (double below and single above) with reasonable wardrobe space (standalone in the second bedroom and built in for the master bedroom).
The bathroom has a bath with overbath shower and WC and sink.
The kitchen has a full size oven and hob, washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer together with microwave and cookware.
Through the kitchen is access via a spiral staircase to the large roof terrace which has a barbecue, outside sink and a separate set of cookware – as well as a good sized table and chairs (there is also a gate at the top and a wall surrounding the roof of 1 metre for safety)
